With your professional experience and drive you will work in collaboration with the Senior Sous Chef and Kitchen Manager in leading our team of chefs delivering great food and drink to our students and to the visitors who are either dining at the College or using our purpose built conference facilities.
To be successful in this role you should be a team player with excellent organisation skills and the ability to thrive in a very busy kitchen. You should also have had some experience of supervising staff, an eye for detail and the ability to drive consistent standards. More importantly you should be able to demonstrate the ability and passion to plan and prepare fantastic food.

A relevant NVQ level 2 qualification or equivalent is essential.
A straight shift system is in place with some weekend working.
