They are currently looking to appoint an Employment Services Performance Coordinator to join them to lead a team of Contract and Compliance Administrators; taking responsibility for evaluating and monitoring the learner journey including their enrolment and completion, auditing records and providing support to produce efficient trainer timetabling.

Working across the Training sites, you will need to demonstrate a strong focus on improving training delivery and maximising funding opportunities on multiple programmes and funding allocations. 

Maximising classroom delivery, funding streams and opportunities through staff utilisation, participant attendance and effective course set up, you will highlight concerns or trends impacting delivery and/or income and support the Team Leader through the quality monitoring schedule that will provide assurance that quality standards are continuously reviewed and improved.

With recent and relevant experience of working in a similar role supporting unemployed adults into employment, you will have an understanding of government funded training programmes and the ability to implement Quality Improvement strategies. 

Experience of working with sensitive data and operating in accordance to the GDPR is essential.
