Mortgage Case Handler

We are recruiting for a permanent role for Mortgage Case Handler to join one of the top financial Brokers in Wolverhampton. Duties for the Mortgage Case Handler:

• Delivering first class service handling inbound enquiries
• Providing help and support on the progress of applications
• Liaising with third parties to chase outstanding information
• Making outbound to gather further information required

Skills for the Mortgage Case Handler:

• We would like to hear from you if you have experience as a: Mortgage Case Handler, Case Manager, Banking Advisor, Mortgage Underwriter or similar
• Proven experience working in a busy customer service environment

The Package:

• GBP19,675 - permanent role
• 15% annual salary bonus (last year they paid out 20%)
• Office hours Monday to Fridays
