Dear next HR Officer,

Our client is so happy you’re applying to join their HR Team – it’s a great values oriented place to work and they can’t wait to meet you!

I’ve heard you are a passionate HR professional who is able to work on their own initiative to get things done and ready to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in!

So Go on and apply!

Based in Sherwood Rise, you will provide expert support and advice on recruitment and terms and conditions whilst consistently demonstrating up to date HR knowledge and their values.

I’ve also heard you have previous experience of working within a similar HR role and are resilient yet personable; and they like that about you.

Your credibility as an HR professional and confidence in your experience has driven you to progress in your HR career. If you’re not quite where you want to be yet, they would consider funding a level 5 CIPD apprenticeship for you – even more reason to start considering booking a day off for the interview (23rd September 2019).

As part of the “Enquiring Minds” brigade you won’t be afraid to challenge managers where appropriate. You will ensure effective recruitment campaigns are in place for all vacancies and that all new starters and volunteers are efficiently vetted. You’ll be the first point of contact for any employee relations queries, advise on terms and conditions of employment and the application of policies and procedures.

To bring some variety in your day, you will also assist me to produce statistics in our service area and draw on your creative and analytical side to come up with practical initiatives to ensure improved performance.

And finally, I know you’ve got the gift of the gab so you will put this to use by assisting to create and deliver workshops on various topics; including recruitment and be responsible for the timely completion of HR projects assigned to you and work with various stakeholders.

I’m not even going to touch on what you need to succeed in this role as I know you have it all and are willing and able to work to tight deadlines, have experience of managing your own time and workload effectively.

Lest I forget, they have amazing benefits including c36.5 days leave a year and an employer pension contribution of up to 7.5%. They even get free massages as part of their benefit scheme – how cool is that?

Can’t wait to meet you and introduce you to the team you will be working with; they’re a great bunch really and I know you’ll fit in.

Yours sincerely,

Your new and amazing employer!
