We are now looking for an Office Supervisor to join us where you will be responsible for leading and directing the administrative function in delivering accurate, effective and professional administration.
In the role you will represent the voice of both office administration and the customer in the local management team and give input to improve operations. Developing strong relationships with customers and colleagues, you will provide HR administrative support to site i.e. new starters, leavers, maternity leave, sickness etc.
Ensuring all complaints are actioned and notifying customers of shortfalls on their deliveries, you will record customer orders via phone or email and deal with any customer queries, keeping them informed of developments in order to achieve customer satisfaction.
With 2 years’ experience in administration involving direct customer relationships and telephone work, you will have good attention to detail and the ability to analyse data and interpret the information effectively. Able to listen to and influence team members to build and lead effective working teams, you will be organised, PC literate, customer focussed and have a confident and professional telephone manner.
You will be qualified to a minimum GCSE level or equivalent in Maths and English and have excellent communication skills. Any Administrative qualifications e.g. NVQ 2/3 would be beneficial however not essential.
