TPP is proud to be working in exclusive partnership with School Home Support to recruit for a Trust and Foundations Fundraiser. The role is permanent, working 37.5 hours a week, based in Stratford and paying up to GBP35,000 pa depending on experience (at least two years required). The Organisation

School Home Support (SHS) helps the most disadvantaged children and families to improve educational attainment. This is achieved by partnering with local authorities, communities, and schools. SHS believe that a child's home environment has a big impact on life chances, and they look at issues which will inhibit this such as poverty, mental and physical health, and inadequate housing.

The fundraising team is a small and dynamic team with an income of GBP1.5mil. Trusts and Foundations currently contribute GBP800k to this target. Due to several successes, they have been able to expand their work outside of London into the North of England.

The Role

You will manage a portfolio of Trusts and Foundations where you will develop and nurture relationships in to maximise income. You will also identify, research and approach new Trust and Foundations to generate new income for the charity. You will also work with the Senior Partnerships Manager and Trust Fundraising Assistant.

Person Specification

To be successful in this role you will have exceptional communications skills (oral and written) to build compelling cases for support. Additionally, you will have a successful income track record and experience of achieving targets. Finally, you will be a team player and be able to work well under pressure.
