Easy Recruit UK are looking for a dedicated Recruitment Account Manager to work from both Enfield-based regional office and on-site client premises.
We can consider candidates for any of the following shift patterns:
* Friday - Sunday,
* Saturday and Sunday
* 4on-4off shift pattern,
You should have previous recruitment (ideal in a 360 role) and client-facing experience. If you are coming from a volume-recruitment environment, this job will be straightforward for you as long as you can handle the phone and recruit temporary staff every week to ensure the pool of available candidates.
This role will see the successful candidate specialise in recruiting workers in short & long term temporary assignments within the Industrial sector across Enfield (London).

* Competitive basic salary (D.O.E.) - we are looking for a proven recruiter who can handle calls in the morning and the evening and look after a small account with minimal involvement/supervision of the Regional Manager

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
* Recruit, Test, Assess and place contractors into client accounts to achieve 100%
* Ensure labour pools of contractors availability at Enfield site
* Check-in contractors at 06:00 or 07:00as and when required by the business
* Provide on-call support as needed to achieve results (usually early in the morning and around 18:00) as required
* Responsible for the HR and Management of the contractors
* Ensure tools are in place to obtain expected retention levels
* Ensure all Management Information is accurate & recorded and available
Prerequisites include:
* Strong work ethic and collaborative approach
* Proven networking ability
* Own Transport is a MUST as it's a dual role between Branch and working at the client premises
* Previous recruitment experience is a MUST
It is essential to the position that you establish positive relationships with clients at all levels, including management. You must work with the client to build a long-term business plan and offer the client new services and programmes that will be of interested to them and their business.
You must be flexible on working hours to ensure results are achieved.
