NIGHTS MACHINE OPERATOR
STOKE ON TRENT
TEMPORARY POSITION LEADING TO PERMANENT
MONDAY TO THURSDAY NIGHTS (8.00PM - 6.00AM)
GBP9.45 PER HOUR INC SHIFT ALLOWANCE
Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is looking for a Machine Operator to join their existing night shift team due to company growth.
The main focus of the Nights Machine Operator role is to assist with the manufacturing of products according to customer specifications whilst adhering to company quality procedures and health and safety standards at all times.
Duties will include:
* Operating various machines
* General production and manual labouring duties
* Maintaining and cleaning machines before and after each shift
* Ensuring stocks of materials are ready and available at all times
* Keeping work areas neat and tidy
* General warehouse duties
The ideal candidate for the Nights Machine Operator role will ideally have previous experience of working within a production or manufacturing environment and be able to work on their own initiative and as part of a team. It is desirable for the suitable candidate to have a valid Counterbalance FLT licence, although not essential.
Hours of work will be Monday - Thursday nights 8.00pm to 6.00am.
