Are you working in a call centre style environment and wish you had more autonomy?

Do you work within the Healthcare market currently and hold 360 Consultant experience?

Would you enjoy a close-knit team with a branch style feel?

A client we have worked with before is offering access to a warm Care desk, currently running at close to GBP10k pcm you will inherit the current business before continuing to grow the business.

This role would offer:

* Live desk - local clients and existing candidates to manage and work with from day 1

* An area of the market that is growing with more investment in Social and Primary care sectors

* A low threshold and monthly commission

* 08.30 - 17.00 working hours and a non KPI approach to work

Culture:

The business culture is all about autonomy, we need a naturally driven Healthcare recruiter who enjoys a mature approach to work. You will know where you stand throughout your journey, the Director is a billing lead who prefers a transparent style of leadership.

You'll have a cup in the kitchen with your name on it, a city centre-based location with parking paid for you.

Timelines:

Months 1-3:

* Develop relationships with the existing client and candidate network - maintain the bookings

* Map out the market place - where is growth available?

* Secure the current revenue levels and begin to earn commission

Months 3-12:

* Become a specialist - your network is becoming your own and you'll be increasing revenue

* Continue to pitch for and expand across the local care market

* Build towards hiring your own Resourcer/ Trainee Consultants

* Identify future growth of the desk in partnership with your MD

What we are looking for:

* 360 Billing experience within a Healthcare market - this role will include Business Development

* A professional approach to work and minimum standards

* A mindset that is focused on growing a business balanced with a team approach to work
