Architectural Technician
An exciting role has arisen to work for my client, an award-winning new build housing developer to join their Sheffield Team as an Architectural Technician. The role will see you working in a busy office on a fantastic product, with site ownership from day 1.
Your principal responsibilities will be for the running of jobs from pre-construction through to completion. You will be responsible for site mapping and layout, maximising the number of units on site and producing technical drawings and construction packs.
To qualify for this opportunity, you will have a proven track record with a housing developer and demonstratable ability for technical drawings and overall management of projects through construction. In return for this, you will be joining a company that is growing at a rapid rate and have the opportunity to make your mark progress to a senior level within 12 months.
