MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE:
The main purpose of this role is support the design and implement leading edge performance, reward and recognition frameworks that supports our high performance culture, reinforces our values, engages our People and enables us to achieve our 10 year plan and be recognised as an employer of choice. The Performance & Reward Analyst achieves this by driving the day to day delivery of the PR&R framework.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
* Bonus awards process (short term incentive plan) and recognition scheme
* Support the management and continuous improvement of the pay and grading framework for both staff and operatives
* Manage the salary survey submission process and the overall job matching and levelling process
* Co-ordinate and administer the job evaluation process, undertake salary survey analyses, internal and external job pricing and benchmarking exercise as required.
* Through data modelling and analysis, identify any pay issues, present options and solutions, and provide expert advice on more complex and challenging pay matters, escalating to the Performance & Reward Manager where appropriate
* Support People business partners and line managers with performance and reward related issues
* Act as an escalation point for the shared service centre, recruitment and People business partners for any queries relating to pay and benefits

EXPERIENCE:
Required
* Possess a wide range of HR specialist/generalist experience
* High level of numeracy and analytical stills with great attention to details
* Ability to demonstrate a positive, pragmatic and solution focus approach
* Well organised, able to lead, manage, deliver on multiple task and deadlines
* Self-Starter, excellent attention to detail, ability to work under pressure and prioritise own work as well as that work of others
* Evidence of having a positive impact, achieved through excellent influencing skills
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Excellent communication skills - able to communicate verbally and in writing to a variety of audiences

Desired
* Achieved or working towards a GRP and/ or CCP and/ or CIPD Level 7 Advanced Award in Reward Management
* Demonstrable experience of working in compensation and/ or benefits and/ or pension
* Strong experience in analysing and interpreting data
* Involvement in job evaluation, benchmarking and salary surveys
