Commercial Property Solicitor
Just Recruitment is excited to be recruiting for one of the East of England's longest established Legal Firms.
Operating for over 250 years, they are a full-service law firm, which has doubled in sized over the past four years, and they are looking to expand further by hiring a new Commercial Property Solicitor for their Ipswich branch.
Your work will largely consist of commercial mortgage work, retail landlord and tenant operations, freehold acquisitions for owners occupiers, and development work. You will also be expected to do significant networking in order to keep up business development objectives.
The ideal candidate will be a solicitor with at least some PQE, predominately in Commercial Property. You will be well-versed in landlord and tenant legislation, lender security and site acquisitions.
You must be able to cope with a varied and demanding caseload, have great communication skills and possess excellent attention to detail.
