Description
The key responsibilities for this HR Assistant based in Hayes includes but are not limited to:
- Provide a first point of contact for managers and staff with HR-related questions and requests
- Participate in projects aimed at improving HR service delivery to the business
- Provide data required for payroll in a timely and accurate manner, and support routine and adhoc processes
- Administer end-to-end the new starter and leaver processes
- Create documents in support of a range of HR processes, including recruitment, leavers and other events
- Using Workday to process reports, etc.
Profile
The successful HR Assistant for this role in Hayes MUST have HR experience and is:
- Self-motivated with a 'go-get it' attitude
- Strong organisationally, with the ability to multi-task ever changing priorities
- Flexible with their approach to work
- Extremely computer literate (preferably with Workday experience, but any HRIS experience is fine)
- Able to work with and manage both internal and external stakeholders in a professional manner
- CIPD qualified (min L3, or working towards CIPD currently)
