Solar PV Energy Projects Officer

Graduates will be considered
An experienced Solar PV Energy Project Officer who has worked on energy projects is required on a permanent basis for a local authority that specialises in delivering energy efficiency targets in Nottingham.
Key responsibilities will include:
Ensuring that projects are delivered on schedule, to budget and achieve outcomes
Assist with communication
Producing reports
Managing budgets, time-lines and risks on projects
Provide technical support where required in relation to renewable technology
Assist with business case viability
Assist in site visits and look at project risks
Analyse and report on renewable energy assets
You will ideally also have the following skills and experience:
A degree qualification in a relevant area, ideally environmental, renewable energy or design but other relevant areas will be considered
Solar PV experience is ESSENTIAL
Experience of working in an energy projects function or similar, graduates with relevant degrees and aptitude will be considered
Strong analytic and reporting skills
Strong stakeholder management
Excellent IT abilities including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
