Are you an experienced Recruitment Consultant looking to step out of an agency and into a HR team?
We are currently recruiting for a leading organisation based in Chelmsford who take pride in the development of their employees and the work they do within local communities. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and driven individual who wants to join a professional HR / Internal Recruitment team that offer future career progression opportunities.
The Role:
- Screening Cv's and conducting telephone interviews
- Writing job adverts and posting attractive vacancies
- Coordinating face-to-face interviews and providing detailed feedback
- Maintaining and updating online job boards, career pages and social networks
- Attending recruitment events and job fairs
- Identifying opportunities to attract high calibre candidates and support operational managers across the organisation
- Preparing documentation and evidence for pre-employment checks and references
- Planning and managing inductions and training processes for new starters
Skills, experience and qualifications required:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A positive and enthusiastic personality
- Confident on MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Strong recruitment experience
- A level qualified or equivalent
Please note, the role will require you to travel to other sites across Essex so the ideal candidate will have a driving license and their own car
