Corporate Associate, ECM Focus
Our client, a law firm with 1100+ people worldwide, are looking for a corporate associate with ECM experience. Their headquarters are in London, with 10 offices across Asia, Europe and the Middle East.

They are currently seeking a mid-level (3 to 5 years PQE) associate to join their Corporate Finance team in London. The team currently comprises of 16 partners and 22 associates and advises across a range of practice areas, including equity capital markets, mergers and acquisitions (both public and private), joint ventures, private equity and venture capital investments and corporate reorganisations. In addition they advise corporate clients on governance and constitutional matters. The role is focused on equity capital markets work though will also involve mainstream M&A.
