Immigration Caseworker
Staffline are recruiting for an Immigration Caseworker to work in Oldham
The rate of pay is GBP20,000 to GBP30,000 depending on experience.
Your time at work
Represent clients before immigration judges, in person or in writing
Prepare client cases and draft witness statements
Attend clients in prison, detention centres and surgeries as required
Liase with Immigration Authorities and other agencies as needed
Interview and advise clients regarding Immigration law, proceedures and practice
Provide guidence to clients on completion of documents
Keep up to date with all changes in the Immigration/Asylum law by reading and attending training events.
Our perfect worker
OISC qualification Level 1, Level 2 ,Level 3
12 months minimum experience of working in the immigration sector to OISC standards.
Excellent drafting skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
A confident and determined approach with high degree of self-motivation and drive
Ability to work to strict deadlines
Organised and methodical in your approach
