Description
Answering directly to Restaurant Bar Manager and General Site Manager
The Role
We are looking to recruit a Restaurant Bar Supervisor for our new Clumber Park Lodges in Nottinghamshire. The role will be to provide our new site with an expert level of refreshment cover to our customers and visitors to be of the highest standards.
You will be responsible for overseeing the smooth running of the restaurant / bar in a busy Holiday Park Site. Daily duties will include, meet and greet of customers, maintaining the buffet area, placing orders, accepting deliveries and generally ensuring a welcoming and friendly environment.
Experience/Skills :
* Experience of creating rotas
* Providing support to team members
* Reliable, punctual, willing to learn with a positive attitude
* Exceptional customer service skills
* Proactive approach to your work
* Able to work well under pressure
* Flexible - able to attend various shift patterns
* Good communication skills
* High levels of customer service with a personalised touch
* Able to work on own and part of a team
* Must have a minimum of 2 years previous experience in bar work

* The Bar has extremely high standards of customer service and supports a wide range of refreshment both non and alcoholic drink.
