Our client is looking for an experienced administrator for a temporary contract to start as soon as possible to administer contracts, costs and usage together with providing technical assistance to their colleagues.

Key duties will include:

* Maintaining records of contracts and costs

* Assisting with the procurement process and monitoring compliance

* Checking invoicing

* Producing and distributing publicity

* Responding to queries

Skills required:

* Competent in MS Office

* High level of numeracy

* Excellent customer service skills

* Good organisational skills

* HNC in Business Administration desirable

This is a temporary role to start as soon as possible to end September 2019 with possible extension
