Graduate Quantity Surveyor
Location - Milton Keynes
Salary - GBP25,000 + Benefits
This opportunity is for a talented and motivated Graduate Quantity Surveyor who is local to the Bedford/Milton Keynes area and is looking for a new chance to showcase their abilities. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months experience within Surveying and is familiar with the construction industry or is willing to learn and develop in this sector. Individuals who show an interest in this role can expect professional duties associated with the role as well as the chance to learn first-hand from a combination of work both off and on site.
The Role of Graduate Quantity Surveyor
Main Duties Include:
Tender Analysis
Estimating costs of projects
Measurements taken on site
Valuations
Due diligence
Procurement
Experience Required
At least 6 months' experience within surveying
Local to Bedford/Milton Keynes area
UK Licence ideal but not essential
RICS Accredited Degree
