The company has been instructed on some of the larger panels and you will get a good steady stream of work to keep you busy.

They are looking for a talented and commercially minded surveyor to drive the business forward alongside the new management. Alternatively, you can be a consultant surveyor looking to add some more work to your week. They are very flexible with the working arrangements on offer

THE ROLE

  • Your duties can include:
  • Responsible for managing own workload on day-to-day basis
  • Building inspections
  • Design and contract administration duties - principally repair and maintenance works with some fit out
  • Dilapidations, acting on behalf of landlords/tenants
  • Schedules of condition
  • Fire insurance/reinstatement valuations
  • Planned maintenance
  • Party Wall advice

THE PERSON

  • MRICS highly desirable.
  • Experienced in building pathology
