The company has been instructed on some of the larger panels and you will get a good steady stream of work to keep you busy.
They are looking for a talented and commercially minded surveyor to drive the business forward alongside the new management. Alternatively, you can be a consultant surveyor looking to add some more work to your week. They are very flexible with the working arrangements on offer

THE ROLE
- Your duties can include:
- Responsible for managing own workload on day-to-day basis
- Building inspections
- Design and contract administration duties - principally repair and maintenance works with some fit out
- Dilapidations, acting on behalf of landlords/tenants
- Schedules of condition
- Fire insurance/reinstatement valuations
- Planned maintenance
- Party Wall advice
THE PERSON
- MRICS highly desirable.
- Experienced in building pathology
