Learning & Development Officer

An autonomous, experienced Learning & Development Officer is sought for an industry leading cosmetic surgery company based in Wythenshawe. You will be responsible for writing and coordinating the delivery of all training, using your expertise to ensure all members of staff have the appropriate skills to provide a smooth, safe service to customers.

With clinics up and down the UK, national travel will be involved in the role and you'll need to be comfortable building relationships at various seniority levels. Experience of writing and updating training courses is also essential, as well as a good understanding of compliance and regulations.

Learning & Development Officer Role:

Overseeing the creation of mandatory training programmes, ensuring these are up-to-date and in line with company policy and regulations
Monitoring the training portal to ensure staff at all sites have completed the necessary modules
Working with management to ensure they are delivering training correctly, as well as directly delivering training on occasion
Liaise with the HR and line managers to ensure a 30 day on-boarding plan is in place for new starters
Manage relationships with external trainers and coordinate external training sessionsLearning & Development Officer Profile:

This role is ideally suited a an individual with experience in a similar role such as Trainer, Training Officer/Coordinator or Learning & Development Coordinator
You will need to be a fast learner with the ability to write your own training programmes
An approachable, engaging personality is also essential
Qualifications in training or HR would be desirableThe business is offering a basic salary of up to GBP25,000-GBP27,500 plus holiday allowance, pension contributions and company discounts.
