Sales Executive - Colchester
GBP25,000 plus commission and bonus schemes
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Executive with either proven experience in this field or an individual who is looking for their first venture in a sales environment.
Duties will include:
Working towards both team and individual targets
Handling inbound and outbound calls
Managing existing accounts
Prospecting new business and building relationships with clients
Processing orders and payments
Producing quotations
Assisting with technical queries
Contacting dormant accounts
Following up enquiries from the website and booking installations
Liaising with and arranging engineers
Administration dutiesEssential skills:
Confidence with telephone sales
Pro-active worker - motivated to work towards targets
Strong communicator; both written and verbal, with excellent customer service skills
Computer literate with a high attention to detail at all timesThis role will be a mixture of account managing existing business and obtaining new business. This is not a hard sell environment, customer service and building relationships is of paramount importance.
Monday - Friday 09:00am - 17:30pm, 30 minutes lunch
20 days holiday plus bank holidays
Full training provided
