EAC are representing a fast-growing and exciting Independent Estate Agency firm that are looking to add a Property Maintenance Clerk / Property Manager to their existing Lettings team based out of their Milton Keynes office.
Ideally the Business are seeking a professional with Property experience within Maintenance, Lettings, Administration or Property Management. In return they offer a great culture and office environment alongside a competitive salary.
The Role:
Property Maintenance Clerk / Property Manager
On Offer:
Salary between GBP18,000 - GBP22,000 (based on experience)
Excellent office environment and location
Social and vibrant team atmosphere
Duties:
Co-ordination of Property Maintenance issues
Property Management duties and administration
Managing an existing lettings portfolio
Dealing with client concerns and queries
Dealing with 3rd party Businesses and Maintenance Companies
The ideal Candidate:
Property experience ideally within Lettings, Administration, Maintenance or Property Management
ARLA desired but not a must
Ability to handle objections and resolve queries
Outstanding Customer Service skills
Excellent Administration skills
Attention to detail
