The City of London Police is policing and protecting one of the most important, dynamic and challenging environments in the UK and is leading the national response to fraud.
This is an exciting opportunity to join as a HR Management Information Data Analyst based in HR.
You will be responsible for the development, maintenance, control, co-ordination and delivery of accurate and timely HR management information and HR data in compliance with regulatory, professional and service standards.
The successful candidate will be supporting the Senior Management Team by producing HR data as well as creating bespoke Management Information reports to support key strategic objectives.
In order to be successful in this role, you will have previous experience in analytical skills and of techniques used to produce analytical reports. With a high standard of written English, you will have proven report-writing skills, including the presentation of statistical information both graphically and textually.
Although not essential, a Management Information Degree (or equivalent) would be desirable, as would previous experience in Policing or public sector. Knowledge of HMIC and FOIA returns and Workforce Planning reports would also be an advantage.
