Are you a Mechanical Design Engineer who feels a bit restricted with how creative you're allowed to be in your current role?
Our client is a well-established family business who designs and manufactures very high spec interior lighting and home furnishings.
* Develop then test your own prototypes which will then go on to supplement their existing ranges
* Write and investigate modification requests that assist with production problems
* Identify and work with suppliers to obtain necessary design validation samples
It's expected you'll have an industry related degree to support your application as well as some relevant work experience to back it up. You'll have to have knowledge of designing for a mixture of manufacturing techniques. Solidworks proficiency is a given.
You'll love working here - fantastic open, airy, modern offices and if you have a dog, they'll love it too because you can take them with you each day!!
