Responsibilities & Key Duties
•Section preparation in line with culinary guidelines
•Preparation and service of all food items in a timely manner
•Follow recipes, portion control, and presentation specifications
•Replenishing of any food and equipment as needed throughout the working day
•Cleaning and maintaining working area while practicing good safety and sanitation skills
•Has understanding to properly use and maintain all equipment needed to perform duties
•Commitment to quality service and food knowledge
•Ability to follow safe food handling procedures
•Performs other duties as assigned by senior colleagues

Knowledge/Skills/Experience
•Ideally 1 year in a similar role or experience
•Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
•Good understanding of professional cooking and knife handling skills
•Good food knowledge
•Ability to work in a team environment
•Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
•Must have problem solving abilities, be self-motivated, and organised
