As the Quality Assurance and Training Manager within our Research and Product Operations (RPO) department, you’ll provide the expertise in developing a QA and CI culture, supporting standardisation and mastery of business critical processes, ensuring that we meet the quality expectations of our clients and customers. 

Key to your role will be creating and maintaining a comprehensive quality assurance and training strategy to ensure our 70+ RPO staff are equipped with the skills, expertise and knowledge to deliver work of a high standard. 

The areas of focus include: 
- Developing QA/CI activities and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) relating to project management, data management and security, event management, secure print, pack and despatch, survey operations, and assessment operations 
- Monitoring compliance and coaching and developing staff 
- Creating and delivering inductions and ongoing training relating to operational systems and processes and QA/CI activities 
- Working across the Foundation to deliver training programmes regarding key operational procedures and processes and QA

This is an exciting opportunity to shape the effective future development and integration of quality assurance of our operational processes, procedures and systems, working with a large, dedicated operations team and the wider Foundation. 

You’ll have experience: 
- of working in an operational environment within a comparable industry such as data analysis, project delivery and management, education, research and logistics 
- in designing and delivering training programmes 
- of setting up quality monitoring and reporting processes in an operational function 
- in compliance/audit activities.

- able to think strategically about QA requirements and associated training needs 

We’d love to hear from you if you’ve got experience with Six Sigma, ISO 9001, GDPR, coaching qualification, or project methodology or you’ve worked as a Technical Training Manager or Internal Quality Assurance Manager.
