Premiere Personnel are pleased to be currently recruiting for a Business Sales Representative on behalf of one of our highly-prestigious Rotherham-based clients.
Job Summary
In this position, you would have the opportunity to develop your own sales territory by maintaining relationships with existing customers as well as bringing in new ones to drive business. You will be an ambassador of our client's company, becoming a trusted face to their customers while also adhering to company values and policy. As a member of the sales team, you will use your strong interpersonal skills to provide service and support to your customers as needed, which may include coordinating with other departments.
Job Responsibilities
* Create and implement a sales strategy that makes sure you meet personal sales goals, as well as those set-in place by the company.
* Communicate with all current and potential customers on a regular basis, providing solutions as needed, and oversee all sales activity in your assigned sales territory.
* Coordinate with other members of the sales team and team leaders as needed to generate sales and provide excellent customer service.
* Adhere to all company procedures, values and policies so that you provide an accurate representation of the company to all potential and current customers.
* Perform your duties as efficiently as possible, reducing costs where possible, and maintain receipts for all job-related expenses and submit them to accounting.
* Coordinate with the accounts receivable department to ensure that all invoices are paid in full in a timely manner by your customers.
* Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor.
* Being persistent under pressure and maintaining a keen awareness of the customer's needs.
* Persistence: Not every customer is going to be a sale. Being able to bounce back if you lose a sale will be key for this job.
* Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.
* Co-ordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities.
* Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results.

Job Skills & Qualifications
* 3-5 years' experience in sales, preferably outside sales
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong organizational skills
* Flexible schedule as hours may vary
* Great knowledge of marketing
* Persistent
* Must hold a full valid UK driving license
Salary based on experience is around GBP35k to GBP40k per year
Hours Of Work
Monday to Friday
Office based hours around 9am till 5pm
Hours may vary if there is an exhibition or business meeting to attend, so some flexibility will be required
28 days including bank holidays
Bonus / Car Allowance
Company car and fuel card included
Performance-based bonus structure to be confirmed
