Customer Service Advisor

16 hours per week (Saturday and Sunday)

  Salary £8,915.02

HTS (Property & Environment) Ltd has been set up by Harlow District Council to provide housing repairs & maintenance and environmental services.

Working in the Call Centre, you will be responsible for supporting all teams within the responsive repairs/voids and planned maintenance functions providing a high standard customer service to tenants, leaseholders and relevant emergency services.

You will be required to schedule appointments via various back systems and IT software, i.e. Callsys, whilst maintaining accurate log of queries and requests. Good IT skills (e.g. Microsoft Office) are essential. You will also be able to demonstrate your ability to effectively plan and organise your workload.

The working hours are 8am to 4pm or 4pm until midnight, although occasionally you may be required to cover midnight to 8am shift.
