An expanding independent planning consultancy are seeking an experienced Senior / Associate Town Planner to join their team in the surrounding Milton Keynes area. Specialising in residential planning this company handles a wide range of projects of various scales and profiles within the sector and offer tailored planning advice and consultation.
As Senior Town Planner / Associate Town Planner you will be using your knowledge and experience working on a mixture of small and large scale projects and managing your own workload with the support and assistance of the wider team to deliver projects within deadline. Strong communication skills are required as you will be working closely with clients, maintaining existing relationships as well as generating new business to continue to grow the business.

Senior/Associate Town Planner Position Overview
Involved in all aspects of the planning process
Working on planning applications, appraisals and appeals
Managing own workload and meeting deadlines
Communicating within the team and with clients
Generating new business and maintaining client relationships
Senior/Associate Town Planner Position Requirements
Degree qualified within a relevant field
Chartership with the MRTPI
Experience within residential or commercial planning
Previous experience working in a private consultancy beneficial
Full driver's license and own transport ideal
