My client is looking for an experience HRBP to join their facilities management company based in Stockport.

The company delivers a diverse range of frontline services for private and public businesses across the Stockport Borough and beyond. They are looking for an individual with impeccable people skills, who are happy to work with individuals from all areas of the business and who can deal with complex cases relating discrimination and capability. This role requires the right person to go above and beyond their job role to show genuine care for the interest of their employees.

Some of your duties will be:

* To assist the Head of OD with strategic planning to enable the business meet short and long term objectives. Working in partnership with business leaders and stakeholders to provide timely and commercial advice across a range of HR activities in order to continuously improve performance and employee engagement whilst at all times managing business risk
*Supporting the Head of OD with strategic HR planning.
*Identify gaps, propose and implement changes necessary to identify and limit risks to the business.
*Manage ER/IR issues across the business - acting as Employee Relations specialist within the HR team taking lead/supporting HRBP on high risk cases.
*Build relationships with recognised Trade Unions and assist recruitment, re structures, change programme and consultation process. Build strong business relationships with stakeholders at all levels both internally and externally.
*Partner with the heads of service to deliver the full spectrum of HR tasks.
