We are recruiting for Recruiter in the Pontefract Area to work at a distribution centre for a Health and Beauty retailer.

As a Recruiter you will need to have:

Excellent organisational & time management skills
Strong communication skills, liaising with workforce & management
People management skills
Excellent eye for detail
Flexibility in hours to support the business through peak times
Excellent PC skills, both web based & Excel Details:

Salary: GBP18,000
Working Hours : 9am - 5pm flexible over 6 days Monday to Friday but flexibility required over peak times of the year.
Location: Pontefract
Duration: OngoingRole of a Recruiter:

Candidate Sourcing and Advertising using job boards and social media platforms
Managing and filling weekly bookings
Holding health and safety induction for large number of candidates.
Conducting telephone pre-screens / CV Screening
Assessing the suitability of applicants in face to face interviews
