Sewell Wallis are currently working alongside one of our top clients, a business management consultancy, who are seeking an experienced and motivated HR professional to provide administrative support and guidance in all aspects of employee life cycle. This is a part time role and would be suitable for someone looking for less hours and more flexible work.

Salary: GBP25k - GBP30k

Hours: 16 hours per week

Duties & Responsibilities
*Reviewing and maintaining all HR policies to ensure company is compliant.
*Supporting general manager and line managers with day to day matters of the employee life cycle.
*Recruitment including selecting best routes to market, responding to enquiries, and dealing with applications.
*On-boarding including management of the starter, induction and probation review process.
*Administration relating to contracts and standard employment letters and maintenance of personnel files.
*Supporting line managers with performance reviews
*Ensuring duty of care processes by all staff
*Maintaining all HR records in line with current employment law
*Maintaining job banding profiles to ensure benchmarking across roles
*Maintaining corporate compliance data

The ideal candidate will have/be:
*Experience working as HR Administrator senior level
*Excellent administration skills
*Organisational, planning and prioritising skills
*Interpersonal and communication skills
*IT Literate
