Assistant Building Surveyor
One of the largest independent commercial property consultancies in the North of the UK are looking to appoint an Assistant Building Surveyor to join their expanding, and diverse team of property professional in their Glasgow office.
The consultancy offers the successful Assistant Building Surveyor an excellent variety of instructions including; pre-acquisition surveys, dilapidations, reinstatement cost assessments, contract administration and more. Whilst working to a tailor made training plan to ensure that you are on track to completing the APC.
With a well-established project and building consultancy team, that is regularly winning new instructions this is a phenomenal opportunity to join a forward thinking, commercial practice.
The Successful Assistant Building Surveyor will have;
Ideally working toward the RICS APC on the Building Surveying Route
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Client-facing demeanour
Full UK driving licenseIn Return, The Successful Assistant Building Surveyor will receive;
GBP22,000 - GBP30,000
Performance based bonus
23 days annual leave
Bank holidays
Contributory pension
