Role: Finance Assistant
Salary: GBP10-GBP11 per hour
Duration: On going Temping however could go permanent based on performance.
Location: Rugby
Hours: 09:00-17:00 - Monday - Friday
Duties:
Orders and invoices - we use PS Financials
Bank/Credit Card reconciliation
Pay runs and Bacs
Cashless catering system
Invoices from catering company - monitoring
Journals
Re charges
Invoicing external companies as necessary
Monitoring of trip income and expenditure
Provide reports to the line ManagerSuccessful Candidate:-
Good communication skills both written and speaking.
