We here at Siamo are working alongside a fantastic company located within the Cotswold's who are seeking someone with Land agent qualifications and experience with a natural flare for sales. With their head office based in London and satellite office in the picturesque countryside, this is an ideal place for any country loving individual looking for their next step within land management.

Your main responsibility will be to Account Manage all the land management contracts as well as helping the Country based team on any Estate Management Properties when required. They are looking for a confident individual to join there ever growing office and help continue to build their clientele portfolio. This is a great opportunity for a recently graduated individual whom has working experience within the industry alongside their degree and has an interest within Estate Property Management too.

Role Commitments
• Secure new land opportunities whilst working on existing ones
• Provide informal and formal reports for clients and conduct detailed financial appraisals
• To grow a network of contacts and clients
• Handle confidential information
• To provide support to managed estates including leases, routine compliance work (H&S, insurance, property checks etc), property terrier service, employment contracts and basic administration
• Estate Management Services - onsite and remote management, development for rural enterprises, assist the office with asset portfolios with a proactive attitude
• Other ad-hoc duties such as mapping, GIS and Land Registration, leisure and tourism, sporting and fishing, environment and natural capital - plus any other ad-hoc duties that might arise.

Ideal Candidate
• Has strong connections to the Cotswold's
• Has a Land Management degree
• X1 or more years' experience within the working industry
• Have a strong understanding of the land registry laws & regulations
• Have own mode of transport (all travel will be reimbursed)
• Have a natural flare for sales and has previous land sales experience
• Have a passion for both people and property
• Creative, problem solver who is attentive to the clients' needs
• Good communicator with people from all walks of life
• Ideally able to work flexibly (i.e able to meet clients out of hours if needed)
• Enthusiasm for both land and property management
