Our client protect the futures of millions of people in the UK who belong to defined benefit pension schemes. Their members rely on them to look after their pensions if their employers go bust and the pension schemes cannot afford to pay what they promised.
They’re looking for a Records Manager to manage their Information and Records Management function and support other members of the Information Security Team.
The job holder will maintain appropriate policies, systems and processes to facilitate secure management of information and records, provide awareness and training on records management / personal information management, be responsible for ensuring policies are applied to their records management solution in line with best practice and develop their information management roadmap and strategy.
They require a professional with demonstrable successes and achievements in records management, information security and/or data privacy. Interested applicants should have strong Sharepoint skills from a document management perspective, information records management best practice, GDPR, Data Protection Act 2018 or other key information management principles and security frameworks, i.e. ISO 27001, Cyber Essentials Plus 100012, etc. Finally, any experience within both the public and private sector would be desirable.
