What you'll be doing

You’ll deliver customer focused support and carry out housing management duties such as alarm and fire testing.  You’ll be assisting customers to sustain their tenancy, maximise their income, reduce debt, increase wellbeing and live connected and safe lives as part of a community.

This role will involve travel throughout BANES so a driving license and access to transport is essential.

We will need to take up an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Check for this role which we will do for you when you start.

When and where you'll be doing it 

You will be able to work flexibly, Monday to Friday, based on our customers’ needs.

You’ll be based in the Peasedown st John Office
