New Homes Sales Advisor
Bristol
Trainees - GBP16,000 - GBP18,000
Experienced within new homes - up to GBP23,000
Are you an experienced Sales Executive / Sales Advisor looking for an exciting new challenge?
Have you previously worked for a Residential Developer or an Estate Agency driving New Home Sales?
Here at Howells Solutions, we are working with a leading, UK Housing Developer to find successful and proactive Sales Executives / Sales Advisors to join their team in the South West.
The client has sites all over the South West including Bristol, Gloucestershire and Swindon
Daily Duties include:
Take ownership of the development, all aspects of presentation and the entire purchasing process
Promote and provide for the use of company recommended mortgage brokers and solicitors to ensure an efficient service for customers to achieve purchasing deadlines
Ensure all administrative and reporting requirements are met according to company policies and agreed time frames
Ensure that market research, price benchmarking, advertising, incentives, PR and other marketing events are undertaken proactively to provide the correct pipeline to fulfil agreed sales targets
Proactively search for target customers and create appointments. Follow up leads to ensure that sales targets are met, and customer satisfaction is measured to the level required by the Client.
Ensure the health & safety of customers, colleagues and other parties whilst on site in accordance with legal requirements and company policy
Follow and adhere to company procedures, standards of performance, and the business unit Sales Manual Applicants will need to demonstrate previous experience in a similar role, with a good standard of education, excellent written and verbal communication skills, excellent IT skills and a keen eye for detail.
