My client, a rapidly expanding Corporate Energy Management Consultancy, based in East Lancashire, is currently looking to add a number of Energy Improvement Managers to their team due to the large amount of new contracts they are undertaking.
The successful candidates will be able to develop and deliver commercially driven improvement projects for our client's energy and carbon needs to drive customer retention and profit growth. These projects cover the full range of technologies from DSR to LED and CHP.
The role is Home Based, visiting Corporate Clients business premises on a daily basis. You will be required to attend the office on a monthly basis.
Candidates must have experience of:
> Delivering energy projects with savings for the client.
> Be commercial and client focused.
> Have technical experience in key technologies e.g. lighting, heating, A/C and BEMS.
Desirable skills or experience:
> Implementation/qualifications in CCA, CRC, ESOS, EPC, TM54.
> Water efficiency projects.
> Reporting technologies and methods; Regression, IPMVP.
> Business development/account management.
> Further qualifications e.g. engineering degree, chartered energy manager.
