Role: Lettings Manager Designate/Senior Lettings Negotiator
Location: East Finchley (N2)
Salary: GBP20,000 to GBP22,000 Basic + OTE GBP40,000 per annum
Our clients, an Estate Agents based in East Finchley, are seeking an experienced, confident and inspiring Lettings Manager, who has recent experience within a similar role, ideally someone who knows the East Finchley/Finchley lettings market. This is an excellent opportunity which can offer genuine long-term career growth and a competitive salary. Basic GBP20k - GBP22k (realistic OTE of GBP40k in year one).
Responsibilities:
* Attend valuations and deliver new instructions
* Attend viewings
* Monitor quality and improve quantity of incoming tenant leads assisted by the branch manager
* Build relationships with landlords to encourage repeat business and recommendations
* Actively pursue and identify new business to grow the register and increase client base
* Prepare property advertisements, update photos if required and write descriptions
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years Lettings Experience
* Propertymark recognised qualification
* Recent experience in a Senior Negotiator role
* Ambitious and keen to make mark while working on own initiative
* Excellent interpersonal skills and an effective face-to-face communicator
* Proven record of winning new business and instructions
* Own car
