Sales Advisor
Inbound Telesales Advisor - OTE GBP22,653 PER ANNUM!
GBP16,653 basic salary, plus a monthly bonus opportunity free parking, discounted products and services, brilliant reward and recognition scheme, excellent career development and much more!
Working pattern - Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm, and roughly 2 Sundays per month, (when working a Sunday, you will get a day off in the week)
We also have part time options available should you be interested - 5 hours per day, 5 days per week, to inlcude the Sunday rota. Salary GBP8.54 per hour, bonus pro rata.

The role of a Telesales Advisor
• Receiving inbound Calls from our customers - building rapport and relationships in order to gain a full understanding of their menu offerings
• Up selling and Cross selling to other products to ensure that the Customer has the best insight to suitable products on the market
• Ensuring there is product and data capture to help the customer have a streamlined order process with us - every time
• Looking at ways for the customer to maintain and increase their order value, benefiting them and the business You'll have:
• A strong attention to detail
• Great relationship building skills - communication is key
• Be able to think quickly on your feet, enabling the best outcome for all customers
