Conveyancing Fee Earner (Permanent)
Location: Pontypridd
Salary Dependent on Experience Competitive Package

Due to continued growth and expansion a vacancy exists for a Conveyancing Fee Earner in their Pontypridd Office.

The Role:
The successful candidate will be required to manage a wide and varied residential conveyancing matters including sales and purchases, re-mortgages, dealing with both freehold and leasehold (including shared ownership properties),new builds, repossessions, deeds of gifts, assents, equity releases, drafting declaration of trusts and other general property related matters. In addition the individual would have the responsibility of managing a small team, therefore previous management experience is desirable.
You will need to provide a comprehensive and professional legal service to all clients ensuring they experience the highest levels of client care.
Your Responsibilities:
You will be required to use the firms case management system and whilst full training will be provided a good working knowledge of IT and MS Office is a necessity.
You will need to have a minimum of 1 years previous experience working in a residential conveyancing department and to be able to effectively manage a varied caseload to strict deadlines.
Previous management experience is desired but not essential.
Proven experience of dealing with clients, their estate agents and introducers of business is essential.
Requirements:
Candidates with a minimum of one years residential conveyancing experience will be considered.
Some previous experience within another volume residential conveyancing team is necessary.
Infrequently at times you will be required to work outside of normal contractual hours to achieve the required level of Client service.
