Our client is a privately-owned Estate Agency providing sales and lettings services to their clients.
The day-to-day duties of the role will be:
* Promoting properties to potential buyers and tenants
* Carrying out property viewings
* Negotiating offers on properties
* Dealing with telephone enquiries
* Generating new business
* Undertaking property valuations (once trained )
The ideal candidate for this role will be someone with:
* Exceptional customer service skills
* Excellent sales and people skills
* A great telephone manner
* A consistent attention to detail
* Great organisational skills
* Good computer skills
* A full driving licence and car (essential for the role)
The hours for the role are 09:00 to 17:00 (Saturday) and 10:30 to 16:00 (Sunday). For someone who requires more hours than this there is the potential of taking a further day, or two, in the week.
The successful candidate can expect to receive dedicated training and mentorship, a competitive, pro rata, starting salary and, in time, to be achieving a healthy level of commission. Due to the level of growth
within the business there is an almost limitless potential for career progression.
