Established over 10 years ago, our client, who are a Commercial Building Envelope Main Contractor specialising in the creation and refurbishment of the building envelope, has grown to become one of the most well-known and well-respected brands on the market for providing an entire envelope solution. Our clients tend to target blue-chip end-users to provide their services and currently have an enviable client list including, but not limited to the likes of Heineken, Boots, Tesco and the Ministry of Defence.
Our client currently have a turnover of 10M and a headcount of 35 staff which will grow to 40 by the end of the year. Turnover has grown in the past 5 years from 12.5M to 30M and they have also just appointed staff in South Wales, Bolton x2 and London. With the final post for this stage of rapid growth being a Regional Sales Manager to work in the Scotland Territory.
We are particularly looking Regional Sales Managers who have experience selling Roofing, Cladding or Fa??ade systems directly to End-Users within the Commercial, Education, Health, Retail, Leisure or Industrial Sectors in the UK.
All these positions are available for an immediate start, pay a market-leading basic salary up to GBP60,000, have an impressive OTE of GBP50,000 and the opportunity to progress to Senior Management & Board Level Positions over the coming years.
The purpose of the role is to develop a territory business plan for the defined regions and then follow through with cold calls, client presentations, client enquiries, presenting technical reports & quotations and having weekly interaction with the team of technical surveyors and estimator. The target for the first year is minimum 1M turnover and you will be supported by a technical team, a business development co-ordinator & input from the business development team.
