The Role:
The Apprentice Recruitment Resourcer plays a crucial role within our organisation. You will be responsible for developing a deep understanding of our clients, anticipating their needs and delivering recruitment assignments that are business-critical to their success. You won't be doing it all from day one, but by the time you complete your apprenticeship you will be capable of managing all aspects of the recruitment lifecycle:

Taking recruitment briefs from hiring managers and clients
*
Designing and posting job descriptions across a range of different channels
*
Utilising advanced search techniques to identify relevant candidates
*
Administering our bespoke online assessments
*
Telephone screening and assessing candidates against the job brief
*
Developing short-lists of relevant candidates and presenting them to the client
*
Presenting and negotiating job offers to/with successful candidates
*
Ensuring the ATS (applicant tracking system) is constantly up to date and accurate

Remuneration:
We offer a base salary of GBP10,000 with a generous commission structure with no threshold that will see you earning money on every placement. Within three months of joining us and learning the role, earning at least GBP1,000 a month in commission is very achievable.

22 days of annual leave (plus bank holidays), rising to 30 with seniority

Flexible working - our core hours are 10am-4pm Monday to Friday. You decide when to make up the rest of the 36.5 hours in your contract

Dress down - we don't mind what you wear to work, providing you are clean and presentable

Breakfast provided every day - fresh fruit, cereals, tea & coffee
*
4pm finish every Friday
*
A paid day off every six months to volunteer with local charities
