Are you passionate about saving nature, great with people and experienced in practical land management? Our client has an opportunity to join their reserves team in beautiful West Cornwall.
This role will be really varied - the reserves cover wild clifftop heathlands, important estuary habitat and rich wetlands and you will support all aspects of their day to day management.
Salary: £19,602 to £21,236 Per Annum, Pro Rata
Hours: Part time, 22.5 hours per week
You will need proven experience of managing habitats and visitor infrastructure and practical skills including machinery use. Yours and your colleagues' wellbeing is important, so you will be confident and rigourous about compliance with established systems and processes. You'll also need to be a good communicator who thrives on working with others as you'll be leading a motivated team of volunteers, working within communities and inspiring visitors about nature.
