We are recruiting talented Residential Support Workers for our small group of children’s 4 bed homes (age range 3-18 years old) at our site in Cheadle Hulme.

Experience in a care setting is required, and if you share our values, and want to make a real difference, then we would like to hear from you!

• These active roles will involve providing daily care and support for our children including personal care needs, mobility, daily routine support, communication, independent living skills, learning and leisure activities
• Some challenging behaviours may present, so candidates should be comfortable working in this type of environment
• Flexibility over 7 days is required
• GCSE English and Maths (grade A-C) or level 2 literacy and numeracy is a requirement for these positions – QCF Level 3 Diploma in Children’s & Young People’s Workforce/Residential Childcare/Health & Social Care is highly advantageous
