JOB TITLE: Family and Private Child Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 2+
LOCATION: Worcestershire
SALARY: Competitive
THE ROLE:
This is an exciting opportunity to join an already thriving firm within the centre of Worcester. The caseload will consist mainly of private child matters, including domestic violence and financial matters. The department also carry out legal aid work, so ideally you would have had some exposure to this type of work. The role is full time, and initially a locum position for around 1-3 months whilst the firm recruit for the position permanently. This role would suit an experienced solicitor looking for a new challenge within a fast paced environment.
THE CANDIDATE:
The candidate must have at least 2 PQE, and have experience of working within a large team. The candidate should be determined and decisive and use initiative to develop effective solutions to problems. This locum role would suit an experienced locum solicitor looking for a new challenge within this busy department. You must have had previous experience with child matters, ideally both private and public. The department also carries out legal aid work, so it is ideal that you have had exposure to this type of work.
